As an Office Services Supervisor II, you will oversee two Office Services Supervisor I positions and lead teams responsible for incoming mail operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage workloads, support staff development, resolve employee issues, and collaborate with management to improve mail processes and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct daily incoming mail operations
- Coordinate and monitor time-sensitive workloads
- Prepare daily workload reports and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
- Recommend process improvements and operational solutions
- Conduct interviews, employee training, and performance evaluations
- Perform quality control inspections and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Prepare written correspondence, memorandums, and reports
- Process return-to-work documentation and Workers’ Compensation forms
