Under general supervision, the Accounting Administrator I, Supervisor is responsible for the management of the Grant and Travel Units in the Department of Justice Accounting Office. This position manages and provides technical expertise to a group of professional and semi-professional accounting staff in the grants management and travel claims payment processing functions, while developing a high level of professional competency in subordinate employees. This job requires a high degree of expertise and knowledge of State and Federal rules and regulations that govern grant management and allow for authorized travel claim reimbursement.
