We offer a hybrid work schedule that is consistent with the department’s telework policy.
This office will be relocating in December 2025, to the renovated New Labor Agency Building in Downtown Sacramento, at 1416 9th Street.

- Describe your experience advising, coaching and consulting with managers and supervisors on how to handle employee grievances and labor relations matters?
- Give an example of how you have successfully lead a team implementing strategies related to employee relations. What was your approach, and what were the outcomes?

Salary : $8,715 - $9,899
