Job Description And Duties
Under the general direction of the Codes and Standards Administrator III, the Codes and Standards Administrator II (Building and Codes Official) is responsible for the operations including the permitting office and field operations covering construction and code enforcement of applicable laws and regulations, as they may pertain to the manufacturer, use, conversion, and alterations of all manufactured homes, mobilehomes, commercial modulars, and special purpose commercial modulars; the construction, use, occupancy, and maintenance of mobilehome and special occupancy parks; and the licensing, use, and maintenance of employee housing facilities.
