Under the general supervision of the Supervising Engineering Geologist, Seismic Hazards program, the Senior Engineering Geologist (Specialist) is responsible for development of outreach, education, and communication products and coordination of outreach activities for the California Geological Survey (CGS) Seismic Hazards Branch and supporting the Essential Facilities Review Unit through peer review of review letters, the technical review of essential facilities projects, and leading Essential Facilities Review Unit internal and external trainings.
