What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Dental Assistant position at California Dental Wellness Center?
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) California Dental Wellness Center — Sunnyvale, CA
This isn't a typical dental job, and you're probably not a typical RDA.
You understand that dentistry is about more than procedures. You're the kind of person who actually listens to patients, notices what they're not saying, and knows how to make someone feel genuinely cared for, not just treated. Most practices never tap into that. They just need you to hand instruments and turn over rooms.
About California Dental Wellness Center
We're a dental office in Sunnyvale that works closely with functional medicine providers, and most of our patients come to us by referral. That means our patients arrive informed, invested, and looking for a level of care most practices can't offer. Our team rises to meet that.
We work with advanced diagnostics and protocols including CBCT, Trios, PRF, guided biofilm therapy, salivary microbiome testing, and dental sleep medicine. Our patients are on real wellness journeys and they need clinicians who can hold that conversation, not just complete a procedure.
We're small, intentional, and proud of the culture we've built. We show up for each other, we hold a high standard, and we actually enjoy coming to work.
