Role and Responsibilities:
As a Sales Management Trainee, you will:
- Recruit, develop, motivate, and manage a high-performing team
- Foster positive, long-term customer relationships using consultative skills
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service to all clients
- Act as a manager in the absence of senior leadership
- Conduct group training sessions
- Handle other duties as assigned
