Community Partners Financial Services Analyst (CPFSA)

Starting salary range: $83,200-$86,400/Annually 

$3,200-$3,323.07 /Biweekly

Full-Time, Exempt, Salary

This is an in-office position for the first 100 days. Requires in-office work five (5) days per week.

Following the first 100 days, staff have the flexibility to work two (2) days remotely. Mandatory in-office workdays are Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

The Community Partners Financial Services Analyst (CPFSA) provides end-to-end financial services support for CCF’s fiscal sponsorships, community benefit programs, agency funds, and supporting organizations. Serving as a primary liaison, the role manages fund administration, reconciliations, grant and expense tracking, financial reporting, and compliance with policies, procedures, and funding guidelines. The Analyst coordinates grantmaking and board reporting, supports donor and partner stewardship, and administers agency endowments, including distributions and investment-related communications. The role prepares independent contractor agreements using CCF templates, schedules payments per contract terms, and ensures accurate recordkeeping. Collaborating cross-functionally, the Analyst delivers high-quality customer service, participates in trainings and board meetings as needed, and helps build capacity across programs to advance CCF’s mission.

Responsibilities

  • Lead fiscal sponsorship finances: reconcile funds/grants/expenses; ensure compliant reporting.
  • Support supporting organizations: oversee grants/compliance; prep reports and board materials.
  • Administer community benefit funds: coordinate grantmaking, reporting, and donor stewardship.
  • Manage agency endowments: distributions, reporting, investment communications, recordkeeping.
  • Prepare independent contractor agreements; schedule payments per terms/deliverables.
  • Ensure data integrity and policy compliance; improve processes across systems (Workday/MS Office).
  • Provide responsive cross‑functional support; train/serve as backup as needed.

Minimum Qualification 

  • Bachelor's in finance, accounting, or related field
  • 2–5 years in accounting/finance (nonprofit a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication; high accuracy and organization
  • Project management: prioritization, multitasking, problem-solving
  • Advanced Microsoft Office; database proficiency
  • Confidentiality, customer service mindset; independent and team-oriented
  • Valid driver’s license; occasional travel and after-hours availability

Preferred Qualification

  • CPA, CFA, and/or MBA
  • Nonprofit/foundation accounting experience
  • Workday experience
  • Experience with board reporting, grant administration, endowment/fund accounting, and compliance
  • Training and cross-functional collaboration leadership

CCF contributes 10% of all full-time employees salaries into our 403b retirement plan. CCF subsidizes monthly transit passes for staff who commute via public transportation. CCF also offers an assortment of snacks available to all staff in our breakrooms, and an on-site fitness center.

After one year of service, all full-time employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement of up to $15,000 for higher education. CCF also offers a student loan repayment program of $100/month for all full-time employees after one year of service.
