AT&T Management Trainee Day to Day:
- Learn the day-to-day operations of a growing customer acquisition office
- Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members
- Help oversee a small field sales team while maintaining a positive and productive work environment
- Support customer interactions by providing information and answering questions about AT&T products and services
- Monitor team performance and help maintain daily goals
- Participate in leadership workshops and ongoing professional development
- Collaborate with management to improve office efficiency and customer experience
- Build confidence leading by example in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
