Full Time Team Member

A leading customer engagement firm based in Camarillo, CA is currently hiring Full Time Team Members to represent our client, Frontier Communications, in direct interactions with potential customers.

As a Full Time Team Member, you will serve as a trusted representative of Frontier’s products and services, engaging in person with individuals in residential or community settings to understand their needs and recommend customized communication solutions. This is an opportunity to start a career in customer relations, sales, or telecommunications with comprehensive training provided.

Full Time Team Member Responsibilities

• Present Frontier Communications in a professional manner during face-to-face customer interactions.
• Educate prospective customers on Frontier’s internet, phone, and television service options.
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored product and service solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and technology offerings.
• Answer customer questions, address concerns, and help guide them through service enrollment.
• Accurately document interactions and maintain client reporting requirements.
• Meet or exceed individual and team goals related to customer engagement and service sign-ups.

Full Time Team Member Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor, with a positive and engaging personality.
• Ability to work on-site and in designated territories within Camarillo and surrounding areas.
• Comfortable learning about technology and telecommunications services.
• Must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
