We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Fleet Mechanic Assistant to help maintain our fleet of luxury and mid-size tour buses. About the Fleet
You’ll assist with maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles:
- Ford E450, F550, F650, F750 Cutaway Chassis
- Mercedes Sprinter 3500 Bluetec
- Engines include Triton V10 Gas, Cummins ISB, and Ford Power Stroke
Key Responsibilities
- Support mechanics with routine maintenance and inspections
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services
- Help with brake service, tire inspections, and replacements
- Maintain shop tools, parts inventory, and clean work areas
- Assist in diagnosing simple electrical and AC issues
- Bus washing, window washing, toilet service, cleaning duties
- Document completed work and help track maintenance schedules
- Follow all safety and company procedures
- Learn and grow with hands-on training from experienced technicians
What We’re Looking For

- Willingness to learn and follow direction
- Basic mechanical knowledge or prior shop experience a plus
- Comfortable using hand tools (wrenches, jacks, power tools)
- Team player with attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- CDL or trade school experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
