Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair

- Manage POS systems such as Toast POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and retail math calculations
- Assist in food service operations during busy hours or special events like banquets and catering functions
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as needed to ensure seamless service
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings; hospitality or food industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS; basic math skills for cash handling and sales calculations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of responsible beverage service practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required in a fast-paced hospitality environment
