The Role:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Budget Analyst located in Clovis, CA. The Budget Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing budget reports, forecasting budgets, and providing financial recommendations to ensure accurate HOA budget planning. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to analyze and interpret financial reports, creating detailed budgets, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of relevant experience in budgeting, cost estimating, real estate development, finance, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Math, Finance, Planning, or related discipline (strongly preferred)
- Working knowledge of development plans, site layouts, and project phasing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data-driven reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and time management in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and a professional, client-facing demeanor
