About the Role
California Breakfast Burrito and The Flame part of East Coast Restaurant Holdings LLC are preparing to open our first flagship dual-brand restaurant in Milford, Delaware. Our concept combines two premium quick-service experiences under one roof: chef-driven breakfast burritos in the morning and fire-grilled chicken plates in the evening.
We are seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to play a key leadership role in bringing this concept to life. This position will be responsible for developing and executing all operational systems prior to opening, building and training the launch team, and ensuring operational excellence from day one. The ideal candidate is a proven operator who thrives in high-performance environments and can help establish the foundation for future multi-unit growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all pre-opening planning, setup, and staffing initiatives
- Develop and implement operational systems, SOPs, and training materials
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory readiness
- Oversee daily operations post-launch to ensure consistency and profitability
- Collaborate with ownership on strategic planning and brand expansion
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience (fast-casual or QSR preferred)
- Prior experience launching or scaling new restaurant concepts
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team development
- Proficiency in P&L management, cost control, and operational technology
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build systems from the ground up
Compensation & Benefits
$75,000 base salary profit sharing (quarterly, performance-based)
