We are looking for a Treasury Management Sales Consultant in Los Angeles or Irvine, CA.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for expanding and building relationships, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by generating, managing and servicing the treasury needs of clients.
  • Drive growth through consultative selling, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic expansion of existing relationships.
  • Track client-related issues to resolution, including those handed off to other teams for action and ensure client issues are resolved appropriately and expeditiously.
  • Escalate issues as necessary with bankers, management, and product/vendor management teams.
  • Responsible for properly aligning loan clients with treasury products, which fit their ongoing needs.
  • Identify other client banking needs and partner with key stakeholders on cross sell opportunities.
  • Facilitates onboarding of major client relationships or complex industry types.
  • Review sales, service and implementation processes to recommend process efficiencies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor's in business, finance or related field and some banking, treasury/cash management, product sales, relationship management, lending or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of banking, treasury management, banking/treasury products and procedures. Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Good sales, client product and relationship management skills.
  • Good influence, problem resolution, customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to effectively multitask, complete assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of PCs and MS Office products.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $95,000 - $125,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
