Warehouse Associate

California ArtsTM is a fast-paced, high growth DTC menswear brand with a focus on modern, accessible menswear. We are currently seeking a warehouse shipping and receiving associate to fulfill all online orders and mange warehouse operations.

This position will require you to work in a fast paced environment and operate various digital tools including inventory management, order management, shipping label creation and customer service. Candidates must be proficient in using technology and have a proven track record of owning and improving warehouse processes.

Responsibilities:

• Fulfill online orders: Print shipping labels & accurately pick and pack e-commerce orders, ensuring all orders are presented neatly
• Process returns: Accept returning products, review condition of returns and process refunds and/or exchanges
• Receive Inventory: Accept and organize incoming inventory, reconcile inventory count with packing list and organize inventory into bin locations
• Manage and maintain Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels by documenting all incoming and outgoing inventory and performing periodic inventory counts
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Resolve customer inquiries quickly and effectively
• Maintain a safe, clean and productive working environment at all times

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and able to work both independently and as a team
• Technical knowledge and computer skills required
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanners
• Proven warehouse experience, particularly in distribution centers
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic math proficiency for inventory management and order picking
• Physically able to lift and move inventory as required
