JOB SUMMARY
The Data Analyst is responsible for the timely and accurate collection, organization, and reporting of sales and inventory data. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.This role supports the Sales Operations team by maintaining internal tracking sheets, generating routine sales and inventory reports, and reviewing data across multiple platforms. The analyst may also assist with administrative tasks such as meeting organization, cross-department communication, and documentation.This position focuses on sales analytics and operations support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate effectively and courteously with internal and external contacts
- Work collaboratively with a diverse team across Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Admin
- Perform data collection, entry, cleaning, verification, and analysis across multiple projects
- Create and maintain templates for sales operations workflows (reports, audit logs, tracking sheets, etc.)
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness and identify discrepancies
- Prepare and format reports and documents for review by the Admin Lead
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Work with raw data across multiple platforms — cleaning, transforming, and organizing for analysis
- Generate and review sales and inventory reports using pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Respond to inquiries, follow up on requests, and support daily communication needs
- Attend meetings and assist with coordinating internal program activities
- Support automated reporting workflows and automations using Python
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel — including pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling, and automation
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets and the ability to work fluidly between platforms
- Comfortable sourcing, cleaning, and transforming raw data for reporting and analysis
- Experience building reports or dashboards in Power BI preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — able to identify issues and take initiative to resolve them
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and follow through without close supervision
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exposure to Python for reporting automation is a plus
- Reliable transportation required
SCHEDULE
- Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift
- Occasional weekend/holiday rotation required
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years experience in administrative, operations, or data-focused roles preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old
- English required
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
