We’re looking for an experienced Senior Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team. If you're detail-oriented, compassionate, and driven to help people, this may be the perfect fit.
Responsibilities
- Manage 100–150 pre-litigation personal injury cases
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain consistent client communication
- Open claims and communicate with insurance companies
- Collect and organize police reports, photos, and other case evidence
- Work to clear liability and resolve property damage claims
- Coordinate rentals and handle vehicle repair/replacement matters
- Request, track, and summarize medical records and bills
- Assist in the preparation of demand packages
- Monitor communication channels (email, phone, case management software)
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a personal injury case manager
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Full-time availability and ability to work fully in-office in Encino
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

- Bilingual (all languages welcome-specially Spanish and/or Farsi individuals a plus)
