Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketing Manager based in Los Angeles, CA. The Telemarketing Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of telemarketers to drive lead generation, implementing strategies to optimize telemarketing campaigns, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key tasks include setting targets, monitoring performance, training team members, and facilitating effective communication within the team and with potential clients.
Qualifications
• 5 years managing outbound telemarketing / inside sales teams
• Proven track record driving high call volume, leads, and results
• Strong ability to hire, train, and build a winning team (bring your own people = big plus)
• Expert in handling objections, rebuttals, and closing
• Ability to push, motivate, and hold a team accountable to targets
• Experience creating scripts, call systems, and performance structure
• Strong with CRM systems — optimize, improve, and bring new ideas
• Results-driven mindset — leads, appointments, revenue
• Must be on-site in Los Angeles
