Role Description

This is a full-time ON SITE role for an Office Associate. The Office Associate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and assisting with office operations. The role includes providing exceptional customer service, supporting accounting functions, and communicating effectively with team members and clients. The position plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration for organizing and managing daily tasks
  • Basic knowledge or experience in Accounting and financial record management
  • Proficiency in Data entry is a MUST.
  • Payroll/Accounting experience is advantageous to our team.
  • Our ideal candidate is used to a fast paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in standard office software and tools -We utilize Excel
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a office environment
  • Prior experience in construction or remodeling industries is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or related fields are advantageous
  • Bilingual in spanish is a PLUS! Highly encouraged to apply!
