Calidad Security Services is seeking professional, dependable, and highly motivated Armed Security Officers to join our team at a licensed cannabis dispensary in Pacifica, California. We are a California-based security company driven by a commitment to provide exceptional, reliable, and compliant security services throughout the State of California.

This position is ideal for officers who take pride in their work, appearance, and professionalism, and who understand the responsibility that comes with armed security in a highly regulated cannabis environment.

Our officers play a critical role in asset protection, customer safety, and client confidence. This site experiences steady to heavy foot traffic, especially during rush hours, requiring officers who are alert, approachable, and confident working around people while maintaining firm security presence.

Requirements (Mandatory):

• Valid BSIS Guard Card (California)
• Valid BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit
• Level 3 Retention Holster (Mandatory – no exceptions)
• Ability to legally carry and qualify with a duty firearm
• Comfortable using TrackTik for daily activity reports, incident reports, and on-site patrol tours
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability
• Ability to stand, patrol, and remain alert for extended periods

• Confident managing busy foot traffic and peak-hour flows
• Ability to work independently while following company and site protocols
• Clear understanding of the risks, responsibilities, and expectations of armed security at a cannabis dispensary
• Strong verbal communication and de-escalation skills
• Solid report writing and documentation abilities
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and represent Calidad Security Services professionally at all times

Key Responsibilities:

• Protect people, property, and regulated cannabis assets
• Maintain a visible, professional armed presence
• Conduct patrols and complete site tours using TrackTik
• Monitor entrances, exits, and surrounding areas
• Enforce site policies while providing excellent customer service
• Respond appropriately to incidents and complete detailed reports
• Work as part of a close-knit, supportive team that looks out for one another

Schedule & Coverage

Saturday Closing - 14:00-20:00

Sunday Opening - 09:00-14:00
