Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for supervising and performing various maintenance duties to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in electrical work and general maintenance skills.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Perform electrical repairs and installations, including wiring, fixtures, and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing maintenance requests and resolving issues
- Weld, maintain, and fabricate metal structures and equipment as required
- Conduct routine inspections of facility to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing repairs, carpentry work, painting, and HVAC system maintenance
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance activities
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external contractors
Skills:
- Proficient in electrical repairs and installations
- Excellent customer service skills to address maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Welding experience for metal fabrication projects
- General knowledge of facilities maintenance tasks such as plumbing repairs, carpentry work, painting, and HVAC system maintenance
- Proficient in English language for effective communication
