Non-Owner Advisor Compensation:
- Compensation Range: $55K - $200K
- Minimum base salary of $55K up to 2 years
- Once 30% of production surpasses base salary or after 2 years, whichever comes first, the base salary guarantee goes away and annual salary is based on 30% of gross production
- Note: all advisors, regardless of partnership status and production levels, receive 30% of gross production after the first two years of Caliber employment or when 30 % of their production surpasses base salary, whichever happens first
- T12 Production is evaluated every 4th quarter to determine compensation for the upcoming year
- PTO: 10 days
- Company Holidays: 10
- Sick Days: 5 Days
- Medical: $300/month insurance credit (applies only to employees enrolled in Caliber’s group health plan)
401K: 401K match is 100% up to 4% of salary (starts after 90 days)
- Marketing Allowance: $2500/year …spending must be approved by Director of Advisor Team
- Work From Home: 4 days per month
- Other: company-paid office, tech, E&O, licensing, approved continuing ed, client service management and general admin support, etc.
First Year @ Caliber - Minimum Objectives:
· 2 new households per quarter
· 95% retention
· 4MILL in NNA annually (expected to be on pace by end of year 2)
· Participate fully in 5 client events per year…great events to invite prospects to
· 10 meetings per week (intro, service, COI combined). Conduct 80% of targeted service meetings based on client segmentation
· Same day response to new leads and several weekly follow ups tracked before turning lead back over to marketing department
· Daily CRM tracking
Profits Interest Ownership:
Performance needed to become eligible for profits interest consideration by partners:
· At least 3 new households per quarter
· 97% retention
· Service 50MILL AUM
· $6MILL annually in NNA, $400K annually in production
· Office at Caliber 4 days per week
· Utilize all Caliber systems
· Participate fully in marketing events and activities
· Participate in 1:1 and team meetings
· Help with 1 or 2 special projects each year (i.e Big Rock, team initiatives, etc)
· Work closely with the Portfolio Management Team to understand the Caliber investment philosophy and ensure that clients are provided with the best investment solutions
· Provide a high level of service to clients in alignment with the Caliber client service model
Regular Responsibilities:
- Career mapping, goal setting, and plan making with Director of Advisor Team
- 1:1 Leadership Development Meetings 2 x mo: Teaching, Encouragement, Accountability
- Team Meetings 1 x mo: Production, Management, Marketing
- Consistently track and report production performance metrics
- Retain historical records by using a centralized filing and retrieval system to keep past and current records easily accessible
- Cultivate and establish several networks relatable to you
- Communicate production activity, results, changes, and hurdles at regular intervals to keep company appropriately informed
Recurring Meetings for Production Manager:
- Weekly Caliber Team Meeting
- Bi-weekly 1:1 with Director of Advisor Team
- 1 x month Advisor Team meeting
- Quarterly Company Meeting
