Position: Oracle Fusion BI/ Reporting Lead Architect

Business Intelligence / Visualization Lead (with ERP lens)

I'm looking for a strong, consultative resource who can both deliver and guide. Ideally, this person can support Fusion ERP reporting (which has proven more complex than expected), but more importantly, they can help determine when a Fusion report is appropriate versus when a need should be developed as an enterprise data product in our Lakehouse.

Key Needs

• Acts as a consultant and advisor, not just an order taker, guiding business partners toward the right solution
• Brings strong critical thinking and the ability to evaluate requests in a broader enterprise context
• Helps bridge the gap between business intent and system complexity, especially as we see siloed requests emerge
• Has hands-on experience but also the confidence to challenge and redirect when needed
  
  

They are currently transitioning away from Tableau and moving toward Sigma as their strategic direction, so experience there would be a strong advantage (though not a requirement).
