Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects involving SAP IS-U implementation, upgrades, and support while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert in SAP IS-U modules, including Billing, Device Management, FICA, Customer Service, and Work Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements, processes, and establish best practices.
- Architect and configure SAP IS-U solutions, ensuring seamless integration with SAP and third-party applications.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, encompassing blueprinting, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP IS-U system issues, optimizing for performance and stability.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and offshore teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Partner with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to promote innovation and drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Stay abreast of SAP IS-U advancements, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP IS-U implementation and support.
- Proven hands-on expertise in modules such as Billing, Device Management, FICA, or Customer Service.
- Solid understanding of SAP integration with third-party systems and SAP S/4HANA Utilities.
- Demonstrated success in leading full-cycle SAP IS-U implementations.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a capacity to address complex business requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP IS-U Certification is strongly preferred.
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Utilities migration projects.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations within the utilities sector.
