Hands On Understanding Of
PEGA Case Management
Flows, Flow Actions, UI rules
Data Pages, Decision Tables, Reports
Experience Translating Business Requirements Into PEGA Ready Functional Designs
Resource should be able to lead the team, take architectural decisions on their own.
PEGA & Technical Knowledge
PEGA Platform (PRPC 7.x / 8.x / Infinity)
Familiarity with PEGA Guardrails and implementation best practices
Understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP, external systems)
Exposure to PEGA UI modernization / upgrades is a plus
Process & Domain Knowledge
Strong understanding of BPM, workflow automation, and case lifecycle
Domain Experience In Banking, Insurance, Or Financial Services Preferred
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations is a plus
