What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contracts Transition Manager position at Caliber Service Management?
The Contract Transitions Manager plays a key role in managing client contracts and supporting seamless onboarding, transitions, and vendor contracting activities. This individual collaborates closely with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Compliance teams, and must possess a strong understanding of business operations and internal departmental workflows. They are responsible for maintaining the internal contract repository and ensuring the accuracy of contract data across relevant systems.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Compliance and Transitions Teams to onboard new clients across various service lines, including client portal setup, onboarding paperwork and other administrative duties.
- Manage internal Client Contract repository in applicable systems. (Microsoft Office/SharePoint, HighGear, Zoho CRM)
- Break out and organize contract exhibits during onboarding
- Ensure contract visibility for internal stakeholders and manage lifecycle changes.
- Regularly audit contract data using Excel to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with Finance, Account Teams, Sales, and Procurement on contract amendments, terminations, and changes.
- Prepare and host internal Contract Transition Meetings
- Review, red line, abstract and facilitate signature of all client contracts including:
- Exterior and Interior Service Agreements
- Construction Agreements
- Miscellaneous Commercial Service Agreements)
- Support Sales during contract negotiations as needed.
- Assist the Procurement and Account teams with the creation, distribution, and tracking of vendor contracts using DocuSign and/or related systems.
- Manage vendor contract anatomy, SOW exhibits, pricing exhibits, etc
- Develop, manage, and update standard and custom contract templates for both client and vendor agreements.
- Support management in prioritizing business and information needs.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Graduate education preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in contract management required; legal-industry experience preferred.
- 1-3 years of Legal experience preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement or related field preferred.

Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
