Position Description
Our team has been engaged by a top accounting, tax, and advisory firm to find a high quality Tax Manager for review and some minor prep work in industrial and thriving city of Austin TX.This locally based accounting and CPA advisory firm partners with local and regional business clients as well as high profile VIP clients on the high net worth side of business.

Position Summary and Duties:
- Work independently and with the management staff to work with an assigned group of clients across multiple industries
- Advise clients on multiple tax issues, planning, research and compliance
- Minor Prep and mostly review of tax returns for multiple entities including C-Corps, S-Corps, & Partnerships
- Work with key clients for business advisory and tax decisions
- Supervise and train junior tax personnel
- Help when needed for local business events networking and fostering relationships
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5-7 years of tax prep and review experience with various entities
- Bachelor's degree in accounting (or equivalent)
- Masters in tax or accounting preferred
- CPA is not required but highly appreciated
- High level of tax skills, organization, and analytical skills
- Work in a tight deadline environment
Pay and benefits:
- $125,000-$155,000 salary annually, commensurate with experience
- 401(k), Profit Sharing, Medical and Dental Insurance

- STI and bonus potential
