Salary Scale: $25.50/hour Benefits
Caliber Public Schools is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join the Elevate Teacher Residency. This innovative, one-year program is designed for aspiring educators seeking to pursue a California teaching credential while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic learning environment. Residents will work alongside an experienced mentor teacher, engage in professional learning with a cohort of peers, and contribute to creating an inclusive and engaging classroom culture committed to student success. -Bachelor’s degree by June 2026
-Minimum 3.0 GPA (lower GPA considered with exemption letter)
-Subject Matter Competency Requirement met via CSET, or relevant coursework
-Authorization to work in the U.S.
-TB clearance and fingerprint clearance
