Service Center CSCS MI The Manager, Business Partner will Restore the Rhythm of our teammates lives by serving as a trusted advisor and supporting talent planning execution, strategic planning, coaching and consulting, and teammate development to help their assigned region achieve goals. This role will create and maintain strategic partnerships within the field operations team, partner collaboratively with the teammate services function, and various support functions within CSCS (corporate headquarters) to deliver robust support and strategic people strategies. Essential Job Duties Partner with operational leadership to execute teammate strategies that create the best trained most satisfied teammates as well as support regional goals. Consult, advise and partner with leadership on performance management and more complex employee relations matters. Develop, recommend, and implement strategies and initiatives that support the organization's operational needs in the area of staffing, talent management, and teammate development. Utilizes knowledge of organizational goals, business environment, and functional needs to execute strategies and methods in alignment with enterprise goals and practices. Provide consultancy, advice and coaching to business leaders as appropriate. Counsel and facilitate change management within designated employee groups. Proactively identify talent management opportunities and workforce projections to support growth. Coordinate and deliver training to management and employees on teammate related topics. Serve as trusted advisor and valued business partner to operational business partners. Evaluates and analyzes data and metrics from teammate/operations reports to determine opportunities or impacts to the region. Drives employee centric culture including management and teammate development initiatives. Performs other duties as required to successfully meet the needs of the business. Skill/Requirements Minimum 5 to 8 years in Human Resources or related field Bachelor's Degree in a business related field and/or Human Resources preferred Multi-unit remote support experience preferred; willingness to travel up to 25% Comprehensive HR knowledge with strong working knowledge of State and Federal HR Laws and practices Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong detail orientation and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Capable of using good judgment and discretion in handling HR accountabilities Strong dependability with an ability to follow through and meet commitments Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities Evaluated based upon metrics or goals related to ENPS, Turnover and outcomes of improved Customer service (measured through the customer service excellence program or CSEP) and improved EBITDA Able to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines Able to be a self-starter and take initiative to perform duties independently as well as in a team Maintain a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism Bi-lingual is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) Current PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
