Service Center CSCS TX The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for dispatching all inbound work orders for assigned areas, managing repair and maintenance work orders from start to finish for assigned categories. This role works with vendors and internal teams to make sure repairs are completed on time, updates are communicated, and processes are followed. Key Responsibilities · Review all incoming work orders for your assigned areas and check if they can be dispatched, considering factors like financial responsibility under the lease, warranty coverage, business programs, and urgency. · Utilize problem solving skills to identify and respond appropriately to issues. · Dispatch and coordinate vendors; confirm scope, ETA, and follow-through in a timely manner. · Manage and prioritize work orders from creation to completion for assigned categories. · Communicate status, delays, and escalations to internal teams and field partners. · Monitor open work and drive timely resolution.
