TITLE : Marketing Operations Administrator
REPORTS TO : Senior Director of Business Operations
FLSA STATUS : Full-Time; Exempt
SUMMARY
Work closely with the Operations, Marketing and Sales teams to execute and analyze marketing activities to meet our current business needs and provide insights for future strategies. Will execute a solutions-oriented approach to proactively build, optimize and monitor marketing automation workflows and track performance of each by using data to validate effectiveness, including the ROI of our multiple platforms. Will be responsible for working in our Salesforce, HubSpot and Sense environments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support our Digital Transformation strategy
- Assist in the management and maintenance of our marketing and customer data, being a champion for accuracy, source of truth and proper tracking
- Create & manage technical aspects of our marketing systems & integrations including but not limited to HubSpot, Target Recruit (Salesforce) and Sense platform which contains Sense Messaging, Sense Engage & Sense AI Chatbot
o Establish and maintain scalable processes and workflows that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
o Monitor campaigns to optimize performance based on industry best practices
o Provide recommendations based on data analysis to enhance future campaign performance
Produce and maintain reports on operations, marketing and sales activities, effectiveness and business impactAnalyze various data sets from diverse sources, pinpointing significant trends, quick wins, and long-term focus areas aligned with business objectives.Present data analysis reports and findings to multiple departments and levels of the organization fostering collaboration and buy inDrive excellence in ROI by implementing robust reporting and tracking mechanisms, closely monitoring performance metrics and influencing budget allocationsChampion a data-driven culture, ensuring transparency and insightful reporting to inform strategic decision-makingEvaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize the team's performance.Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codesBuild trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrityQUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years of experience in data management, marketing operations, or business analyst roleAdvanced HubSpot expertise required along with basic Salesforce Administration / Integration.Basic Sense Talent Engagement Platform experience is a plusAdvanced knowledge of Excel; proficient in formulas, lookups, pivot tables, macrosStrong Data Quality, Data Governance and Data Management experience required; Database / SQL skills is a plusExperience supporting a sales / account management organization, staffing / recruiting a plusProficient use of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook requiredMay require working outside of business hours to resolve emergency issues should they ariseDemonstrate ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, internally and externallyAutonomous; self-directed; demonstrate ability to deliver results and maintain a high level of accountabilityStrong background in customer service, creative problem solverExtremely organized and detail oriented, works well under pressure while meeting deadlinesStrong prioritizing, multitasking, project management, organization, and time management skillsResourcefulness; proactively seeks out information and resourcesAble to make sound decisions in fast paced environmentEffective in an evolving culture; operates well in ambiguous situations
