We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team at Cali Kabob. As Cashier, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless drive-thru and dine in experience and delivering high-quality food and beverages with efficiency and a smile.
Responsibilities:
Drive-Thru Operations:Efficiently handle customer orders through the drive-thru window.
Provide accurate and friendly service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Process payments and give correct change, following established procedures.
Food Preparation: Assemble customer orders for drive thru, to-go and dine in.
Ensure food safety and quality standards are met at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Customer Service:Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly.
Upsell and suggest additional menu items to enhance the customer experience.
Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, management, and other team members.
Cleanliness and Sanitation:Follow established cleaning and sanitization protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a quick-service or fast-food preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Attention to detail while processing transactions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends.
