Full-time Real Estate and Drainage Clerk
The ideal candidate will be:
- Highly organized
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-driven with strong time management skills
- Strong with computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Programs
- Strong with customer service skills and professional communication
- Strong written communication skills
- Able to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Demonstrates accountability and follow through on assigned responsibilities
Preferred skills or experience:
- Experience with real estate transactions, transfers or property records
- Knowledge of drainage districts or willingness to learn
- Ability to interpret legal descriptions and property documents
- Financial or accounting experience is a plus
- Training will be provided for Elections/Passports
- Schedule will require minimal nights/Saturdays for elections
- References, screenings, and background check required
Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
