HVAC Lead Installer III

It is the responsibility of the Lead level 3 to install advanced HVAC systems and any other related HVAC components correctly and in a timely manner with a helper. A wide degree of creative design is expected along with the ability to lead and run a multiple crew install.

Job Duties

• Work safely following company policies
• Wire both line and low voltage to heating and cooling equipment
• Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment
• Premeasure jobs to identify proper materials required for install
• Receive, verify and load all equipment and materials needed for each job
• Provide assistance to other leads as directed by management
• Provide training to helpers and prospective leads
• Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors
• Properly fill out all paperwork required for each job
• Take all readings on a machine and understand the importance of such
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle
• Any other assigned duties as directed by management
  
  

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• EPA Certification required
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a lead installer

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely lift up to 100lbs
• Able to tolerate extreme temperatures in cold and heat
• Able to work overtime, nights, and weekend hours
• Able to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl
  
  

Pay Scale

Pay will be based on experience and performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
