Caledonia Packing is a USDA (“For Sale”) and Custom (“Not For Sale”) Slaughter and Processing facility for livestock. This business butchers and processes all breeds of cattle, pigs, lambs and goats. The company namely attends to the agricultural communities of Barry, Kent, Allegan, Ionia, and Ottawa counties. Caledonia Packing aims to serve the needs of meat processors, small farmers, hobby farmers and county fairs with “Custom” slaughter and processing. The company is also able to provide their customers with USDA services when they are needed.
Attention to detail is a must! We are a small, low volume slaughterhouse that handles 20 beef, 20 pigs and 10 lambs at a time. We are a niche meat processing plant. Our work pace is steady but not high stress.
