We are hiring a full-time Driver Manager to join our Dispatch and Operations teams at our office in Caledonia, MN. This is an on-site position, Monday – Friday, 7am-5pm, with a rotating weekend schedule.

We are hiring a full-time Driver Manager to join our Dispatch and Operations teams at our office in Caledonia, MN. This is an on-site position, Monday – Friday, 7am-5pm, with a rotating weekend schedule.
Responsibilities
- Manage 20-25 drivers
- Utilize fleet management software to track vehicle locations and monitor performance
- Communicate effectively with drivers regarding their routes, schedules, and any changes that may arise
- Perform data entry tasks related to dispatch operations, maintaining accurate records in our TMS systems including PowerPro, Samsara, and other customer portals
- Maintain professional phone etiquette while handling inquiries from customers and drivers
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills
- Availability to take driver calls after regular work hours
- Transportation industry experience is preferred, but not mandatory
