Caleb Milne Insurance Agency, one of the fastest-growing Farmers agencies in the area, is hiring a Insurance Sales Producer who wants to sell — not chase people down.
We’re building A team of competitors. If you’re the type of person who hates losing, thrives on coaching, and wants a real opportunity to build income fast—this is for you. You don’t need experience. You don’t need a license (we’ll pay for it). What you do need is drive, discipline, and the ability to execute. This is not a sit-back-and-collect-a-check role. This is a performance environment.
What We Offer $15/hour during licensing (up to 2 weeks). We pay for your insurance licensing. $2,500/month base after licensing uncapped commission (top performers earn significantly more). Hands-on coaching and real sales training. Clear path to high income and long-term career growth.
What You’ll Do Work inbound leads and contact prospective clients. Build rapport quickly and guide conversations with confidence. Quote and present insurance solutions (we train you). Handle objections and close deals. Continuously improve through coaching and feedback.

Requirements Must be able to obtain a Texas Insurance license within 2 weeks (we sponsor). Must pass a background check consistent with applicable laws. Must be authorized to work in the U.S., have reliable transportation and ability to work in-office.
Compensation Structure Licensing Period: $15/hour. After Licensing: $2,500 base uncapped commission. Your income is directly tied to your performance. High performers will significantly out-earn the base.
