Internship Program Summary
Caldwell Companies’ Internship Program is designed to give students real-world, hands-on experience in the real estate industry and related fields. As an intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain valuable insights into how a high-performing organization operates.

- Construction

- Other business units as available
Primary Responsibilities
- Support daily operations and department-specific initiatives
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and assist with presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Participate in meetings, site visits, and company events
- Learn about Caldwell Companies’ mission, values, and business operations
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited university, studying in a field related to one of our business units (Investments,
- Construction, Development, etc.).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn
- Availability to work full-time during the summer internship period
Program Details:
- Internship Timeframe: Dates will be coordinated between the business unit and the intern to align with the needs of both.
- Professional development, mentorship, and networking opportunities
Program Timeline:
- Currently: Reviewing applications and scheduling interviews.
- By January 31, 2026: Final selections made and offers extended.
- May 25 – August 14, 2026: Internship program timeframe (approximate).
