CASE MANAGER – BEHAVIORAL HEALTH/SUBSTANCE USE
Caldwell Recovery Center (CRC) is seeking a dependable and compassionate Case Manager to join our team. The Case Manager will support individuals receiving behavioral health and substance-use treatment by coordinating services, helping remove barriers to recovery, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Complete case-management assessments and service plans
- Coordinate medical, behavioral health, housing and community resources
- Help clients access transportation, employment, benefits and other services
- Monitor client progress and follow up on referrals
- Communicate with counselors, recovery coaches and other treatment-team members
- Maintain timely, accurate and confidential client records
- Document and bill eligible case-management services according to Medicaid and Magellan requirements
- Participate in treatment-team meetings
- Follow CRC policies, professional boundaries and HIPAA requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, behavioral health, human services or a related field
- Experience working in behavioral health or substance-use treatment
- Strong organization, communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience providing Medicaid-funded case-management services
- Familiarity with Magellan of Idaho requirements
- Experience working with individuals in substance-use recovery
Compensation:
$20–$25 per hour, based on education and experience.
