Caldwell Pharmacy is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Senior Certified Pharmacy Technician (Lead) to help oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy. This is more than a traditional technician position—we're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving workflow, mentoring others, and helping build an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support the daily workflow of the pharmacy
- Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians while promoting teamwork and accountability
- Manage inventory, purchasing, ordering, returns, and stock optimization
- Troubleshoot insurance rejections and resolve prescription processing issues
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize shortages
- Assist with workflow improvements and implementation of new technology
- Coordinate with pharmacists to ensure efficient and safe prescription processing
- Help maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Deliver outstanding customer service while creating a positive work environment
- Take ownership of daily operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
Qualifications
- Current New Jersey Registered Pharmacy Technician
- PTCB Certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of retail pharmacy experience preferred
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of insurance billing and third-party processing
- Experience with inventory management and purchasing
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to lead by example
