All Caldwell Equipment positions have vacation pay and a retirement IRA company match of 3% of your gross pay is available after one year.

Shop Hand
This position has many responsibilities including, but not limited to: Assisting customers with loading & unloading equipment, moving/operating outdoor equipment, power washing mowers, assisting technicians, sharpening blades, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the building.
Candidate must be highly motivated, have a great attitude, be a team player & have good people skills. Forklift experience is a plus.
There is room for advancement from this position into other areas of our company!
Compensation: hourly wage depending on experience
