Responsibilities:
- Lead worship at Sunday services and events
- Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteer musicians and vocalists
- Collaborate with pastors and ministry teams to create Spirit-led, Christ-centered worship experiences
- Plan and prepare worship sets, rehearsals, and resources
- Help develop worship themes and creative elements to keep worship engaging
- Participate in training for leadership development, ministry, and music proficiency
- Support the church’s mission, vision, and values
- Model a lifestyle of worship both on and off the platform
Qualifications:
- A heart for Jesus
- Spiritual maturity
- Musical proficiency (instrumental and vocal)
- Ability to lead teams with humility, encouragement, and excellence
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and support to team members
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with cultural intelligence, across ethnicities and generations
- Desire to teach others about music, worship, and spiritual growth
- Creativity and openness to a variety of worship styles
- Willingness to learn Planning Center and Propresenter platforms
- Commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and maintaining a respectful attitude during all ministry activities
- Prior worship leading or other on-platform experience preferred
Pay: From $21.93 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 10.0 per week
