Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kingston, MO. The Detention Officer will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of inmates and staff within the facility. The role also involves processing new inmates, conducting searches, and preparing incident reports.

Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in Detention and Physical Security operations
- Understanding of Criminal Justice principles, Law Enforcement duties, and Public Safety procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle stressful situations effectively
- Physical fitness and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in criminal justice or law enforcement is appreciated
- Ability to pass a background check and meet all other qualifications set by the detention center
- Prior experience in a related field is a plus, but not required
