- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Operate multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
- Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools for correspondence, reports, and Support
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks. (balancing checkbooks, make deposits, timekeeping & payroll.........)
- Provide customer support via phone or email, ensuring excellent service and timely responses
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and manage vendor communications & payments.
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—for easy access and retrieval
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mail distribution
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse client needs
- Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
- Previous experience in customer service or as a receptionist
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while prioritizing tasks
- Demonstrated office experience with clerical responsibilities such as filing, calendar management, and document organization
- Personal assistant experience or familiarity with Automotive repair
