Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appliance Installation Specialist to join our expanding installation team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and installing, a wide range of household appliances, ensuring each customer’s experience is seamless and satisfying. Responsibilities
- Safely deliver appliances to customer locations using a box truck or similar vehicle, ensuring timely and damage-free transportation
- Install various appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers and more according to manufacturer specifications and schematics
- Use power tools and mechanical knowledge to assemble, connect plumbing, electrical wiring, and ventilation systems as required
- Ensure all installations comply with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining appliance features, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience
- Ability to read schematics, use ladder logic for troubleshooting, and work with plumbing or refrigeration systems
- Skilled in the use of power tools, hand tools, and other maintenance equipment
- Experience operating box trucks or similar delivery vehicles is advantageous
- Customer service skills with a professional attitude in client interactions
- Ability to work with another team member in the field while managing time efficiently
