What You’ll Be Doing- Running scheduled roofing appointments
- Performing roof inspections and documenting findings
- Educating homeowners on roofing, siding, gutters, and storm damage
- Assisting homeowners through the insurance process when applicable
- Following up with prospects and closing deals
- Representing Caldry Roofing professionally on every appointment
- Strong communication and people skills
- Competitive, self-motivated mindset
- Comfortable with commission-based pay
- Coachable and willing to follow a proven process
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Roofing or exterior sales experience is a plus (but not required)
- Uncapped commission
- Strong per-job payouts
- Training provided (roofing, inspections, insurance process)
