Client Service Associate
Location: Beautiful, professional office environment located near Russell and Fort Apache.

Caldera Wealth is seeking a dedicated Client Service Associate who plays a vital role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our clients. As the first and last point of contact for visitors, you will help set the tone for our organization and contribute directly to our commitment to outstanding service. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and prospective clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable (including offering beverages).
• Professionally manage incoming phone calls and provide “warm transfers” to
appropriate team members if not able to provide a solution.
• Work with prospects and clients in a friendly, genuine, and service-minded way.
• Manage appointments, schedule client reviews, and prepare meeting reports for
advisors.
• Handle client correspondence and emails promptly and professionally.
• Enter, maintain detailed and accurate notes in the contact relationship management system.
• Assist with retirement plan services.
• Follow standard operation procedures.
• Coordinate with outside vendors.
• Manage mail, cards, and periodic client communications.
• Process distributions according to client instructions.
• Maintain and update client databases.
• Assist with Employee Sponsor Plans including participant 401(k), retirement, and
enrollment processes.
• Enter six most important tasks daily and prioritize them before leaving the office.
• Coordinate vendor services (copier repairs, shredding, etc.).
• Maintain office supplies and handle mail distribution.
• Send weekly newsletter.
• Stay committed to learning and advancing to the next level.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Superior phone etiquette; friendly and helpful in all interactions
• Genuine interest in serving and assisting others
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multi-task
• High attention to detail
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to adapt to additional duties as needed
• Must pass a background check including fingerprinting
• Must pass a credit check due to responsibilities involving sensitive financial data
• Must pass the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam
