Position: MDS Coordinator (RN preferred, but will consider LPN candidates)
Pay Range: $45.00 - $55.00/HR DOE & Credentials
Location: Will float between 2 facilities
- Aurora Valley Care, 414 S University Rd, Spokane Valley, WA 99206
- Spokane Falls Care, 6021 N Lidgerwood St, Spokane, WA 99208

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to ensure accurate and timely completion of resident assessments in accordance with Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA and other payor program requirements
- Ensure assessments accurately reflect the physical, mental, and psychosocial status of each resident
- Ensure accuracy of RAI to reflect optimal reimbursement for services provided
- Ensure appropriate documentation to report and support services provided and assessment accuracy
- Will float between Spokane Falls Care and Aurora Valley Care at the direction of the regional team
Requirements:
- Current RN or LPN state licensure without any enforcement action against it
- Previous MDS 3.0 experience required
- Ability to speak, understand, read and write in English
