We are on the front lines of engineering innovation providing:· Learning and working with experienced professionals with SE licensure· Mentoring and training for achieving your personal professional goals· Working with prominent clients on notable projects· Competitive compensation and benefits package including PTO, health insurance, 401K, paid parental leave, licensure testing stipend, and compensation for time worked over 40 hours per week· Full-time salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 annually depending on level of education and experience 5-15% bonuses· A creative and collaborative work environment Responsibilities· Under the supervision of a Principal Engineer, independently manage structural engineering projects for a broad spectrum of building types using all industry-standard materials.· Oversee and review structural engineering calculations from project engineers and coordinate with our in-house CAD/BIM modeling team to create construction documents.· Closely coordinate with the internal engineering team and architectural clients to ensure project scheduling milestones and budgets are met.· Research and develop innovative design methods and train other engineers. Requirements· Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Master’s degree preferred· Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
